This room reflects the home owners' personality. Our goal is to have the room appeal to a broad range of potential buyers while being sensitive to how the children feel about the move. Walls are painted to cover the alphabet mural and hand prints while keeping the children's favorite art pieces placed in simple frames.

Here a bedroom is being used as a home office and makes the room feel much smaller than it is. Contents from the bookcases, the bookcases, a chair and table were stored in the basement in order to open the space. In addition, art work is kept to a minimum to direct potential buyers to the great view of the garden.

When 2 rooms flow
together such as this living
and dining room, it is
important to have a
cohesive look.

Here a chair with red was
pulled from a bedroom to
create a nice seating
arrangement. Boxes of
artwork, personal
photographs and books
not needed were stored
elsewhere.

The dining room
did not get much natural
light so the shades were
taken off the chandelier to
brighten the room and
the table setting
"dressed up" to create
a more formal look.

Convincing a child their
room needs work so the
house can to be sold can
be difficult - but
not impossible.

Here a balance was
achieved for getting
the room ready for the
market while making
sure all keepsakes were
properly stored - in great
hip containers -
for the new house.

Home Offices can pose
issues when the
homeowner needs to
work to make a living
yet have the paper work
look appealing!

Here 2 desks were moved
to appear as one unit
while getting creative
with storage. Some was
packed and sent away
while a closet nearby was utilized for daily papers.
